I don't think its meant to mean how clean Hobart is in a physical sense. Its to do with how people are, and its a beautiful message. Hobart makes my heart clean too, just seeing people I know and love,and not having to worry so much about people I know and don't love, because Hobart doesn't take them. Not anymore.
