Fabulous project! Wouldn't it be great if, after these billboards all come down, there was just one, high profile billboard that was given over to an artwork - text and/or image - that changed every month. I saw something like this callled the Diesel Wall in Berlin. You could apply to have your work put up there and they had sponsorship to cover the costs.
